Protect the public by acting to ensure that engineers serve society with professionalism, compliance and integrity in the public interest.
Strategic planning
The strategic planning process plots the course of action that the OIQ intends to pursue in the future. The ENG2020 Plan, unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors in December 2016, aims to step up public protection efforts, improve the professional practice of members, and create closer ties between the OIQ and engineers.
