Mr. Giuliani was found guilty of criminal offences in connection with the City of Laval’s public contracts. The disciplinary complaint filed by the OIQ’s Office of the Syndic and the decision rendered by the Disciplinary Council concern acts committed between 2006 and 2009, while Mr. Giuliani was the owner and executive officer of G. Giuliani Inc. construction company.
The full version of the Disciplinary Council’s decision
, including the summary of charges, is available on the OIQ’s Web site. In its decision, the Disciplinary Council also ordered Mr. Giuliani to pay all costs in connection with the proceedings.
